My name is Debby Morgan. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Holisitic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2004 and am currently enrolled in their Master's program. I am scheduled to graduate in September, 2010. I am a member of the NANP (Natural Association of Nutritional Professionals). Healthy living and its relationship to our health and well-being has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
Good health does not come from a bottle or pill, or from taking drugs to treat symptoms. Good health comes from the miraculous marvels within us that are constantly striving to keep disease at bay. God is our Creator; and in His creation and through His Word, He has given us all we need for the life of our souls and health for our bodies. If we follow His plan for our life physically, mentally and spiritually, we will experience our best health from the inside out. What man designs ( be it through processed foods, health and beauty products, prescription drugs, or cleaning products) can never begin to compare to what God has given us through natural sources. Man has taken what God gave us in its purest form and has made it toxic.
Optimal health does not just depend on our diet, but also on exercise habits, sleep habits, receiving adequate sunshine, drinking pure water, breathing fresh air, having good attitudes, maintaining healthy relationships with others, making our relationship with God a priority, and engaging in healthy work habits, family life and leisure time. There must be a balance and if any one of these is out of balance, it can adversly affect our health.
My heart's desire is to educate anyone who would like to learn about healthy living; and to encourage you to make the changes needed so you and your family will be able to live life to the fullest, free of the many diseases that plague most of our nation today.
From my heart to your health,
Debby
